Last week was absolutely insane. My Friday morning was just a small indication of how things were going, the lack of sleep and build up of stress had me so delusional that when I went to make my morning coffee I forgot to put a coffee cup under my Keurig... (insert giant mess here).
It's amazing how stress can affect your body in ways you didn't even think were possible. By the end of the week my face/body looked as drained as I felt. As things aren't going to slow down anytime soon I am committed to worrying less about thing's I cannot control and continuing to do small things that make me happy in order to balance out the chaos.
Here's a couple of fun things that don't take up too much time but can really make a difference in your mood: paint your nails a fun girly color, try a new face mask to keep the stressers off your complexion, throw on your favorite lululemon top and head to a morning spinning class, and finally if all else fails break out your go-to red wine bottle and enjoy a large glass.
